Questions buyers ask us.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
Both. Our own factory makes sports backpacks and sportswear. For other sports products, including goalkeeper gloves, we work with specialist partner suppliers. AITradePath is the factory's Hangzhou export office and your buying office in China: we coordinate sourcing, quality checks and export. Our factory and partners also sell one another's products. We based the export office in Hangzhou for access to export services, logistics and talent. Home & living is our second business line. We plan to add pet products in 2026–2027; they are not part of our current range.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Tell us which product you are sourcing and we can arrange a visit to our factory or discuss a visit to the relevant partner supplier. Independent audits are welcome by arrangement.
What's the smallest order you'll take?
300–500 pcs per style is the standard run. On a first order we go down to 50 — below 300 the unit price goes up by 8–15%, confirmed on your quote. Styles combine toward one MOQ. Tell us what you're testing and we'll work with it.
Can you match a sample I already have?
Send it or send photos with measurements. The factory works from your reference, your materials spec and your logo.
How do I know quality is consistent?
We do. The producing factory checks the goods first. For export orders, our own team checks them again before shipment. You are welcome to appoint an independent third-party QC company for an additional inspection. Tell us any market-specific testing or certification requirements before we quote.
How long have you been doing this?
Straight answer: AITradePath was founded in 2024, so we are the new part. The factory is not — the factory has been building sports goods since 2015, with R&D, pattern making, production and wholesale in one building. You are buying their eleven years of manufacturing and our export handling, and we would rather you knew exactly which is which. One thing the new part brings: AITradePath was started by a data engineer, so before we recommend a style we check what is actually shipping into your market.
