Trade terms

The numbers, up front.

Exact figures are confirmed in your quote — but here's the shape of a normal order, so you don't have to email to find out.

DelaysWe move the order, not the dateIf a run slips we move it to another factory in our network and finish it there — same spec, same price you already agreed. The cost of switching is ours, not yours. Want to check that factory first? We send you samples from it, free. And you hear the problem from us early — we bring it to you rather than sit on it. If it still ships late after all that, the remedy is agreed in your contract before you order.
On the MOQ

300–500 is per style, not per order — you can spread a first order across three styles and still be inside it. Where a fabric has to be dyed to your colour the floor may ask for more; we tell you that before you commit, not after.

On samples

About a week covers an existing style in your colours. A new pattern drafted from your sketch takes longer because the pattern makers are building it from scratch — that is the part you are actually paying a real factory for.

On FOB Ningbo

Ningbo is the port, not our office — we are in Hangzhou. If your freight forwarder prefers Shanghai, or you would rather we handle door-to-door, say so at quote stage and it is priced in rather than bolted on later.

On certification

Both factories build for China's domestic market and work to GB standards. We hold no EN certificates today. Shin guards into the EU need EN 13061; tell us and we quote third-party testing with the order rather than hand you a certificate we do not have.

Team and club orders

Short runs, many styles, one season deadline.

Club and school programmes do not look like a normal order — small quantities per style, several logos, and a date that cannot move. Here is how we handle them.

Minimum per style300–500 pcs standardYes — the floor is 50 on a first order. Under 300 the unit price goes up by 8–15%, confirmed on your quote.
Combining clubsYes — styles combineSame style, different logos and colourways all count toward one MOQ; 50 of six designs is the same as 300 of one.

If we run lateWe move it, not the dateWe finish the run at another factory in our network — same spec, same price you agreed, switching cost ours. Not air freight: too expensive to be a real promise.
